At Viba Barn Doors & Hardware, we take pride in our Canadian-made craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hardware or door doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process for standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tracks, rollers, and fasteners are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package back to our manufacturing facility via a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees to your original payment method.
